Allie grew up in Newburyport, MA which she refers to as “little Portsmouth”, giving her a deep-seeded love for coastal living and historic charm. She has never come across an exposed wooden beam, brick feature, original fireplace, or wide planked floor she didn’t immediately fall in love with. Allie moved to the Portsmouth, NH area 11 years ago and has worked on and off in the service industry downtown before transitioning into being an Occupancy Specialist in affordable & low-income housing in Dover, NH. She is passionate about the Seacoast community and the one-of-a-kind lifestyle that it has to offer those who live here. Some of her hobbies include journaling, interior decorating/design, skiing, traveling and ice hockey (She played for an all-girls league out of the Rinks at Exeter growing up! 2004 NH State Champs!).

Allie is a resilient and tenacious person by nature which translates well into Real Estate. If there is a problem, she will do everything she can to find a creative solution. Allie’s affordable housing background has given her the opportunity to work closely with organizations such as New Hampshire Housing, which offers programs to help first time home buyers. “No matter what your budget is,” is her mantra! Carl, NH/ME Sales Associate.   As a New Hampshire native, Carl understands how important it is to find a place that you can call Home. Though growing up on the Seacoast, Carl also lived abroad for a number of years working with underprivileged youth in South East Asia as well as in a number of cities throughout Southern New Hampshire, including Concord, Somersworth, Chichester,  Lee and Portsmouth. Over the years. He has  learned to channel these experiences, home and abroad, into refining his skills as a Realtor. In his first year, he was able to bring over 24 families to closing. And in January of 2021 he was a leading agent in his previous brokerage (among 650 agents) in Volume Closed over the month of January.
