We have a few Privately Owned Condo units available for your Winter Stay. Perfect for Long haul commuters living say in Maine and Working in MA or elsewhere. All units include Utilities (plus WIFI) and parking for 1 compact vehicle, all furnishings, appliances, cooking (Studio's do not have a stove) and eating utensils, utilities + cable/wi-fi. Queen beds, flat screen TV, 3/4 to full baths. 1 parking space included. Coin Op, on-site laundry. NO Animals, NO Smoking. Rental requires a signed rental agreement upon approval- no sub leasing allowed. There is a $49 non-refundable application. Credit / background fee. 1st/Mo + one month security due at signing of Rental Agreement. Available Mid September through May 31st. AVABILITY SUBJECT TO PREVIOUS RENTAL.
